Grant serviced my bike and did a return visit to complete the work as he didn’t have all the parts he needed for it.... It’s amazing the difference he’s made, it really is like having a brand new bike again, my brakes now work without me feeling like I’m going to pull the levers into my handle bars! everything runs so smooth and quiet again, money very well spent and I can’t recommend Grant enough, he is very knowledgeable and gave me some really good pointers and advice concerning my bike.read more

Great service as always from Grant; mended a puncture on my electric bike and sorted out a few niggles with the gears... and it's as good as new now - all for a very competitive price. just had a service on my bike this morning. I called yesterday and it's done by 11.30am today. Excellent service and... very fuss free which is exactly the kind of deal we want. Very knowledgeable guy very reasonable rates. Explained everything that was done to the bike, didn't deliberately stack it all up and overcharge, gave some recommendations on what to keep an eye out for and what would need attention next time round.All in all a fantastic service and I will use these guys regularly.read more

Grant from MK came and serviced my bike earlier this week. Although I never actually got to meet him, as I was working,... my family were at home to let him in for access to my wheels and they spoke highly of his polite manner and efficient work. Despite some early difficulties after booking for family and part supply reasons, none of which were Grants fault, the lines of communication and contact were excellent and I was never in any doubt that the necessary work would be done well. I will definitely use these guys again and would 100% recommend them to everyone.read more

Further great service from Grant - we left sorting a repair until the last minute (before the Bank Holiday weekend) but... Excellent, efficient service - Grant went out of his way to source a bit for my electric bike (which my previous bike... shop regarded with horror whenever I took it to them!) instead of taking the easier route of getting a whole new bit from the makers. Got my bike working again in less than a week at a very reasonable price and a vast saving for me! Why struggle to get the bike in the car and take it to a shop when Grant will come to you seven days a week? I'll never go to a bike shop again!read more

After 2 hrs of trying to get my gears and rubbing disc sorted my husband Found and rang Grant - very helpful on the... phone and has an online booking service. Came to the house, set up and did the job in no time - the rates charged were incredible ... I'm not used to this kind of service in England… It is far superior!!! Would highly recommend.
